SHIPPING

Every order received by 3 pm Eastern will ship that day. Any order over $99 receives free Standard Shipping to all 50 states – meaning you'll typically have your products within 3 to 6 days. Need your supplies faster? For an additional fee, we also offer overnight shipment of all supplies (products other than sleep apnea breathing machines) to the continental U.S. and, 2-day and 3-day options for all products to all 50 states.

RETURNS POLICY

 

We offer a very generous return policy for select machines, see our easy return program for more information.

No body is perfect. We know that you sometimes order the wrong size mask or the filter for the wrong machine. Relax, we have one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. easybreathe.com accepts returns on any unopened product within 90 days of the original ship date. We will issue credit for your original purchase amount toward the purchase of a replacement item.  We will issue this credit after inspecting the returned product to ensure that it has not been opened. If the products has been opened, we will credit 50% of the original purchase price toward a replacement product. Please note, while we have a generous exchange policy, we do not offer refunds. 

Within 30 days of the original ship date, easybreathe.com will facilitate an exchange of any merchandise that we sell to you that has a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us if you believe a product you purchased from us is defective. We will work with the manufacturer to facilitate the exchange and will cover the shipping costs for standard shipping.

Most sleep apnea machines (CPAP, Bi-Level and APAPs) carry a manufacturer's warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 1-866-564-2252 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, we will arrange a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number. Warranty claim decisions are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office.  

Please do not, under any circumstance, send product to us without first contacting us so that we can issue you a RMA number. Including this number with your return or exchange ensures that we handle your return properly when we receive it. We are not responsible for product shipped to us without an RMA number.
