Customer Friendly Return Policy

easybreathe.com accepts returns on any unopened product within 90 days of the original ship date. We will issue credit for your original purchase amount toward the purchase of a replacement item. We will issue this credit after inspecting the returned product to ensure that it has not been opened. If the products has been opened, we will credit 50% of the original purchase price toward a replacement product. Please note, while we have a generous exchange policy, we do not offer refunds. No Restrictions on Product Replacement Schedule

If you are using Medicare or your private insurance to pay for your sleep apnea products, your provider will typically only supply products according to Medicare's coverage schedule. There are no such restrictions at easybreathe.com.

Medicare constantly evaluates its maximum frequency of product replacement (see the current limits here) and, due to political pressure to control costs, limits the frequency of CPAP supply replacement as much as possible.

For instance, as recently as 2007, Medicare recognized the importance of changing tubing once per month to support hygiene and product performance and would reimburse for 1 new tube per month. However, in response to the rapid growth in the awareness and prevalence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Medicare chose to limit tube replacement to one per quarter. In other words, they saw a rise in the number of patients, so they decided to offset by allowing fewer tubes per patient. Private insurance companies quickly mirrored this cut in reimbursement frequency as they have their own cost-control pressures.

The fact remains that optimal product performance and hygiene dictate that you change your tube once per month. At easybreathe.com, you as the consumer are free to change your sleep apnea supplies as frequently or infrequently as you would like. Sleep apnea supplies are manufactured from medical-grade materials and perform at their highest levels when changed regularly. In addition, the nature of sleep apnea therapy (warm, moist air blowing through tubing, filters, masks, etc.) dictates that changing your supplies often is the most hygienic approach.
