AirCurve 11 VAuto with Humidifier and ClimateLineAir Tube

The AirCurve 11 VAuto is a great machine. Easy to set-up. Runs well, quiet. Nasal masks ordered earlier are working great. Stats are easy to get from machine and through the mobile app. Still am having dry mouth (not using full face mask). I tape my mouth closed with medical tape, with a small slit opening so I can still breath from mouth if necessary. Works well so far. Any other suggestions on dry mouth would be helpful. I use Xylitol and other sugar free mints to keep my mouth moisturized. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Don't want full face mask, unless they have made changes to the ones available 5-10 years ago. Have limited AHI, usually 5.0 or less, but tend to snore if I don't use cpap. Any suggestions, or assistance would be helpful. Thank you for arranging the delivery of machine and supplies through my insurance.

The unit is working well. I have adjusted the clinical settings to my needs. I don't like being pestered on an on going basis for this or that. That what might be on sale or the like too. Verrill Gardiner

I have severe sleep apnea and was diagnosed in 2020 (60-80 events/hour). After adapting well to ResMed AirSense 10 & 11 CPAP therapy (continuous pressure device), a combination of increasing mask-driven claustrophobia and Long COVID side effects made continuing therapy over the past year impossible. As a biologist, I try to keep current with medical research and, suspecting that "pressure toxicity” might be a causal factor for me, I was excited to learn about the new ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto. It is truly an amazing improvement and the individualized pressure delivery (bi-level) makes all the difference in my ongoing commitment to sleep apnea treatment. Excellent sleep quality and energy levels! My events per hour are now under 5 and I can already feel the difference in my daily life. Worth every penny in peace of mind and better health overall. I would also give 5 stars to Easy Breathe for their professionalism, prescription service and customer support.

I can’t get constant leak free seals. Any recommendations?
