Even on the large nasal pillow, I wake up with a sore nose due to the rigidity of the material.

Pillows Fit fairly well.

I have a real hard time adjusting the pillows to my nasal passages. I have a very small nose and small passages. I do use a size small but it takes a long time to get it just right. I wish you had extra small.
