Frame Options
The unique frame of the Wisp is offered in two formats - Clear Silicone or Fabric. The silicone is less visable and doesn’t draw attention to the face, it's translucent and looks smaller. The fabric frame feels softer and more pliable, getting you closer to the feeling of your pillow. The modular frames are interchangeable and reversible.

Cushion - Minimal Contact & Multiple Sizes
The Wisp cushion is small and lightweight with a minimum of silicone touching the face. No need to wonder if another size of cushion would seal better. All three sizes of cushions are included with the Wisp. It comes packaged with the size Small/Medium cushion in place and can easily be changed with the Large or Extra Large cushion.

Minimal Design - Clear View
The headgear and frame design is the source of support and seal for the Wisp omitting the need for a forehead support. Having nothing on the forehead makes and the clear field of view for a more comfortable therapy experience.

Flexible Short Tube
The lightweight and flexible short tube included with the Wisp connects to the swivel elbow. It serves as the connection between the long hose and the cushion - allowing for movement without losing the seal. The tube can be disconnected from the elbow for cleaning. Offering choice of hose position, the short tube can be secured to the headgear using the crown loop keeping the hose up and out of the way.

I have used this mask for 5 years and love it. It fits my face well. You need to watch the tightness on it…it’s not necessary to pull the straps really tight. The only thing the bridge of my nose is a bit red in the morning but it’s fine by the time I am done showering. I have never had any leaks. The only reason I would change to another mask is because it is made by philips respironics and I no longer want to support the company after the recall…they are negligent Shannon, 07/02/2021

this mask needs one size larger nose piece than is currently available.. I have worn this mask for 2 years, and it is hard to find one better for ME.. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT... if the back of your head is flat, you will find the one strap models will not stay in place very well.. I tries the most popular type and found myself wrestling to get it to stay in place later during the night... fred, 08/31/2019

I would have liked this mask but unfortunately I too had to return it because it was constricting the sides of the opening of my nose and some irritation on bottom of my nose. I also think that if they would have made a medium size cushion it would have worked. Mike, 03/03/2018

I have used this mask for about a month and I like it well enough, although I wish I could try other types for comparison -the only type I tried was Dreamweaver and I hated it. I also tried the dental contraption and was so bad I rushed to get my CPAP machine the next day. So I am content with Wisp. It stays on, and I like that you can take the tube off easily and take off the strap undoing only one side of it. Maria A, 12/11/2017

I've been using it for almost one year and it is very uncomfortable to me. Sometimes the Velcro comes undo in the night and I have to make it tight to keep it from leaking. I use the s/m nose piece which is actually a little small but the next size up is to large. It also leaves little red spots across the bridge of my nose. I wake up several times a night because it is uncomfortable and I have to make adjustments. The strap that goes on the the op slides off because of having fine hair. Debra, 10/03/2017

Really love the wisp. Been using it about 1 month . I did order the nose pillow (Forgot the exact one) because the wisp does irritate the bridge of my Nose but I can't seem to stop it from leaking. As expensive as the different ones are I really can't afford to keep ordering different kinds to try. Guess I will continue using the wisp. MEP, 02/01/2017

I have used the wisp mask for 3 years now. I started with the one made of stretch material and liked it very much. Now my DME provider only has the one with plastic type of material. I'm very sensitive to this material for some reason and although I've worn this one for months now, I still wake up frequently with facial pain and discomfort! :( The mask is not tight when I go to sleep but by the time I wake up, it feels like the plastic has has tightened up on me. The nose piece has always left a red mark on the bridge of my nose and hurt underneath my nose, but now the pieces on the sides are causing my cheeks to hurt like crazy. I'm a back sleeper so don't know the reason for this. I want to go back to the cloth mask! The low rating is for the current mask. I would give the cloth version a 5! MCT, 09/27/2016

Really excellent nasal mask design. The headgear can be left assembled and just slipped on and off. I do agree with the other reviewer who said that it would be good if there were three sizes of cushion available rather than two. The S/M cushion was the best fit for my facial structure but didn't give enough room for my nose. I use the Large cushion. I have a fleshy facial structure, so I never had any problems at all with pain at my nasal bridge. It took me 2-3 weeks to get the hang of side-sleeping with this mask, but once I did, it works great for that. The pressure of the bottom of the cushion on my upper lip was uncomfortable for the first two nights I used it but then felt fine. My biggest compliment for this mask is that it absolutely did not irritate my chronic dry eye problem. The venting is very diffuse, quiet, & gentle. It is the only mask I have found that doesn't require me to use something to cover my eyes while sleeping. Jo T., 06/19/2016

I like the comfort of the Wisp. However, I only get about 3-4 months of use before the plastic horizontal piece on the headgear, which connects the nose "ring" to the head strap attachments, (always) breaks on its left side. This has happened frequently, to the point that it either seems like it's a design defect, or else a weak point purposely built into the headgear to promote more-frequent replacements. The wisp is fantastic with the soft material head gear. I have used for several years now but have run into a concern of dry mouth which I understand means I am opening my mouth now after almost 10 years of use and will be needing a chin strap. Is there a chin strap available for the wisp because all the current ones that seem available and I have tried are sweaty and a sweaty addition piece of hardware to be used under my currenty mask. I would think a velcro attachment to the wisp would be a good thing ?? Leland, 08/26/2015

This is the first product I have found that is similar to the Comfort Lite mask, which is now obsolete. I used the Comfort Lite mask every night and was disappointed when it became obsolete. For the most part I love this new wisp nasal mask. It is a great replacement for the Comfort Lite. The only issue I have with it is I wish there was a medium size cushion. The Small/medium cushion is too small for me and the large cushion is too large. It would be great if there was one size in between the two cushions. DJT, 08/24/2015

Awful, absolutely awful. The design of this mask has the top part resting on your septum and the lower portion resting right on your sinuses. The result of this is pain. First night wearing it, I awoke in pain. I removed the mask and headed to the bathroom to blow my nose due to the build up of phlegm in my sinuses. My nose just ran for an hour as my sinuses were now enflamed. No, the mask wasn't too tight it's just a very poor design. Needless to say I'm returning this for a refund. Howard, 04/19/2014
