This has worked amazingly to sooth my irritated nasal passages from the California fires! Wouldn't suggest it to people who have a huge aversion to the smell of sesame oil and also works best when you don't inhale the oil (just let it drip back out your nose) but other than that, I love that it's all-natural and effective for multiple purposes!
