I love my new machine. It is so much better from the last one. It is quite, I just still have to get use to how it ramps up. Elizabeth, 03/15/2018

I liked the looks and the size of this machine. I liked the fact that it automatically turned on when you put your mask on. but the noise kept me awake. I could hear the machine (cpap) breathing in....then out... went back to my old Fisher & Paykel for now. may try something else.... I use mask that covers my nose only if that makes a difference. I tried this system for 3 months. It is a very nice system. But from the start I hated the noise. I sounded like Darth Vader with every inhale and exhale. There seams to be leakage where the tube connects to the unit. I liked that it puts out lots of air as I inhale, and then less when time to exhale. But the machine decides when to exhale instead of me. So while I'm still awake I am still inhaling and the machine decides that it's time to stop inhaling and that its time to exhale. Very frustrating. When the mask would lose it's seal in the middle of the night it would literally whistle, probably from the high flow rate. For the first time my husband started sleeping in another room. It also started waking me up a lot blowing my mouth open and starting a vortex. Finally found a chin strap design that would keep the mouth closed but left big marks on my face for about 10 hours. Finally I contacted the Dr and traded back for my old Fisher&Paykel. But I'm not happy with it either. Now after the Dreamstation, I feel like I'm having to suck real hard to get enough air when I'm trying to go to sleep, even without the ramp cycle. I just wonder if I might have had a better experience with a different mask. Because I feel sure the whistling noises were from the mask. Believe it or not, I'm thinking of trying this machine again after I try the DreamWear Mask. I've been using the P-10 airpillow. Dinah, 07/03/2017
