Gel Pillows

The brand new gel pillows that fit into the DreamWear mask frame provide greater comfort and seal.

Hose Connection at Top of Head

The DreamWear frame is designed with the elbow at the crown of the head, allowing the hose to be routed above the user for optimal comfort. This design will help alleviate tug on the front of the mask, creating a more stable seal during the night. The elbow is free to swivel to help active sleepers maintain proper placement of the mask as sleeping positions change.

In-Frame Airflow

The DreamWear frame is designed to allow airflow to pass through it to reach the nasal pillows. The frame is a single piece with connections for the hose elbow, headgear, and nasal pillows. If one side of the frame is closed by being laid on, the airflow can pass entirely through the other side without negatively affecting therapy pressure. The medium frame is included with this fit pack, but it is available in other sizes for separate purchase if needed. The DreamWear frames and nasal pillows are interchangeable, so any size frame will fit any size nasal pillow.

No Red Marks

The DreamWear Gel Pillows Mask features gel pillows that seal both nostrils without needing to cover the entire nose. The soft silicone frame is made out of light, flexible material. This helps alleviate discomfort and irritation. The design leaves line of sight open for reading and TV watching before bed.

Multiple Nasal Pillows Included

The DreamWear Gel Pillows Mask Fit Pack includes all three sizes of DreamWear nasal pillows: small, medium, and large. Any size nasal pillow will fit any size frame, so once the desired fit is found, replacements in only the desired size can be purchased. This fit pack includes the medium frame, which will fit most users.

The nasal pillow has a hole to let air out, it's loud when you exhale, to the point that my partner and I can't sleep. I can't use it. Tim, 11/03/2020

The frame on this mask stretches after about 3 weeks. Love the tubing on top of the head. Do not have to deal with the tub around my neck in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately, per my provider, I am only allowed 2 mask every 6 month.

Best mask I've ever had. And I've had a few. Very nice not to have to wrestle with the tubing every night. It also maintains the seal way better than my AirFit P10. Elden, 11/10/2020
save your money! I only gave it a 1 because 0 wasn't a option. Although it is very comfy, comfy doesn't help me sleep. Not when it is sooo noisy, and air comes out from everywhere. I have been a cpap user over 20 years, and i am trying to find a way to send it back! Gabby, 08/16/2020

Great concept but the nostril piece angle needs to be adjustable. The fixed angle does not fit my nose. Comfortable at first but after a couple of hours I am awakened by a tremandsous pain in my nose. At least offer cushions with different angles. John John, 08/01/2019
This mask is terrible. It seemed like a great idea to have the hose up and out of the way, but the design makes it really difficult to get a good seal if you roll over onto your side. The tubes that run along the side of your face get pulled and compressed and break the seal. I don't understand why people like this mask. Magicnote, 04/19/2019

I love this once I solved the sliding off the head issue. I put my hair in a pony tail around the strap and it stays in place all night. Melissa S, 03/26/2019
I've only had mine for a week and I love it. It's the right one for me since I move a lot in my sleep and the tube at the top of head help me sleep comfortably. I get no leaks either so far. At first the straps at the back of the head gear rode up my head but then I just put my hair over the straps and it's fine now. Amy, 01/26/2019
I decided to try the Dreamwear mask/nasal pillow system after using the Breeze headgear/nasal pillow system for 12 years until it was discontinued. After one year of use there are issues. First, this headgear is noisey with TWO vent holes: one at the nose and one at the top at the connector. My wife complains about the constant noise. Two, the headstrap in back does "ride-up" on the head over the night. Lastly, the pillow design tends to deform at the openings over a period of time causing leaks and chaffing. Plan on purchasing a new pillow module at least every 90 days .I miss my Respironics Breeze. Scott, 12/26/2018
Headgear doesn’t fit low enough on back of head and creeps up thereby causing seal to break. Love comfort but need it to go under ears for stability. More like the wisp headgear. Then it really would be dream wear. Heidi, 11/15/2018
I have changed many masks. This is the best. The smallest, not scary for another people. Mark, 10/17/2018
Was excited when I saw this....but when I got it, using it, it would not stay on my head. the ear to ear back strap. would ride up and eventually pop off my head. Is my head not round enough? Is my hair too silky? Strap doesn't seem to be low enough to keep it down on my head. women>>>>>>Kind of like those skinny little headbands. they pop of my head too. maybe no hair would prevent the straps from sliding? disappointed........ Does not work for me, the mask will not stay in place. Kent K, 02/12/2018

I would love this mask if there was someway to keep the back of the head gear from creeping up.. I lose seal during the night and get low scores on MyAir. Jim Williams, 01/24/2018

First night I actually slept! Have been using the over nose CPAP for 6 years. This is very comfortable. Will need to get used to! Robbie Smith, 12/06/2017

I had been using the Pilaro Q for the last few years and really liked it but decided to try the Dreams are under nose cushion, had problems maintaining a seal when I slept on my side, thought....this would be the best mask ever if they made it with nasal pillows, was so excited when this mask came out, I thought...this is going to be amazing...WRONG!!! The pillows are terribly uncomfortable compared to the Pilaro Q and still won't maintain a seal when you go to your side, also the head gear creeps up this breaking the seal numerous times during the night. I've been exhausted the let few weeks. The design idea for connection at the top of the head is great. If you sleep on your back and don't move this would be a good mask but if you sometimes sleep on your side or even roll over it's absolutely terrible. Fox the headgear from creeping up and redesign the pillows to something similar to the Q and you'll have a winner until then, I hate to say this is the worst mask I've had in my 15 plus years with cpap. I just tried mine for the first time last night. I'm not sure how many air outflow areas there are but mine either has one on the front side of the mask which is noisy and at the top where the tubing connects. Not sure if defective. Too noisy for me and I seem to loose pressure. I think mine should be inspected and replaced if defective as it is not cheap. It is comfortable. Dina mcneil, 08/21/2017
