Junior Inside Sales Professional
Easy Breathe is a rapidly growing eCommerce company looking for experienced and motivated sales professionals who enjoy helping people and exceeding goals to join our team!
We are passionate about helping those who suffer from sleep apnea get the products they need. With CPAP therapy, our customers are able to get a better night's sleep and entirely transform their lives. To achieve our goal of making the confusing process of obtaining CPAP therapy easy, we aim to provide our customers with an unmatched sales experience and that starts with you!
Compensation and Benefits
$20 per hour + around $500 per month in commissions!

About the Role
Junior Inside Sales Professionals at Easy Breathe are responsible for a variety of tasks:
- Assisting between 30-50 customers daily through inbound phone calls
- Becoming an expert on the products and services we offer so that you can address concerns, offer solutions, and place orders
Who We're Looking For
We hire individuals who embody the following characteristics:
- Have the personal characteristics of a successful inside sales representative but does not have much experience in an inbound phone-based position
- Motivated to exceed performance goals
- Eager to learn and continuously improve through problem-solving
- Excited to be a part of a highly motivated and innovative company culture
- Excellent communicators with a knack for conversing with a variety of people
- Comfortable with collaboration and teamwork
- Looking for a full-time position
