Sturdy, well-made, heavier metal that stays in place as I toss and turn. Works GREAT with the Dreamwear mask. Keeps the tube out of the way, stops the mask from shifting or pulling my hair once it's secured. A worthwhile investment. thompske, 10/13/2017
