Air blows out all over this thing. I put some medical tape around the connector to the nose piece (to try and tighten the connection) and also over most of those little exhaust holes in the connector itself. All the air blows all over including my eyes, which causes eye infections. The nose cushion is also too small and not consistent with previous cushions. Can't believe there isn't a product out there that works good. The engineers of this product need to try and use it for awhile before marketing it.
