Unfortunate

The water chamber makes noise. Every time I put distilled water in it I have to tighten the plastic liner inside. Not happy!!!

so far, no problems, although it does seem to run out of water too fast. I probably need to change the setting on my humidifier.

Humid Chamber issues

After examining most of the issues with the chambers it appears a bit of information and phone calls would get all of you a much better experience. Please call the Customer Support line about your issues with the broken chambers. ResMed is nothing if not generous. And the chambers come with a 90 day warranty. They are disposable and have a recommended replacement schedule of every six months. They recommend it be cleaned with daily with mild soapy water. And of course a thorough rinse is needed. Air dry out of direct sunlight please. Personally, I disagree with the recommended fix for running out of water frequently. Perhaps he knows something I don't. I would look first to make certain I was not having any mask leak then look at adjusting the humid settings. My experience says mask leak is by far the most likely culprit. There have been some issues with the chambers which could also explain some of the leak issues. However, again ResMed is a great company and will stand behind their product. No I do not work for ResMed. I use a CPAP System myself and I do teach and support PAP's to include ResMeds Systems. I do think the Air Series Systems use more water than any of the previous ResMed Systems. But this system is far superior to anything before it. Also, ResMed does offer a top shelf dish washer safe Camber. To the best of my knowledge we have not had many issues with the chambers failing anywhere. Perhaps the company you purchased them from should send a Respiratory Care Practitioner to your home to review the proper care and use of the device. Or perhaps have you come in to the office for a retaining of maintenance procedures. Most of our patients come in to our offices for setup. They also come in for support after they get the devices if something goes wrong. If we can't help them with a phone call. Only shut-ins are home PAP Therapy patients for us.
