Shipping Rates 


Orders received before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or after the 1 PM (EST) cut-off will be shipped the following business day. All orders over $99 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping to all 50 states - meaning you'll typically have your order within 3 to 6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Standard Shipping is delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Need your supplies faster? For an additional fee, we also offer expedited FedEx 1 Business Day shipping ($29.99) and FedEx 2 Business Day Delivery ($19.99). We also offer FedEx Ground Delivery (3-5 business days) for $13.99 which provides more comprehensive tracking than standard shipping.  


Please note that 1 Business Day Shipping for breathing machines (includes all CPAP, Bilevel, ASV and Humidifier units) may not be available for certain models. Please contact our Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 or email [email protected] to confirm the immediate availability of your product if you require expedited service.


Orders placed before 1 PM EST will follow the schedule below. Orders placed after 1PM EST will be delivered in one additional business day to the schedule below.

USPS standard shipping is estimated at 3-6 business days but may take longer than expected depending on delays. 


Tracking Your Package


Orders placed through FedEx 1-Day, 2-Day or Ground Service will have a tracking number generated within 24 hours of shipment. All FedEx tracking numbers will show up-to-date tracking information online. 

Orders placed with Standard Shipping (USPS) may take up to 2 business days for the tracking number to become available. The tracking number will be sent to you in an automatic email once it is available. USPS tracking numbers may not show detailed tracking information until 48-72 hours after it is uploaded. More up-to-date tracking information may be obtained by contacting one of our Customer Care specialists at 866-564-2252.

Please contact our Customer Care team or email [email protected] if you do not receive your order 6 business days after the shipment date of your order. 

Saturday Delivery Options


Orders placed on Friday with regular 1-Day shipping will be delivered on the following business day, Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, there is an additional FedEx fee to deliver on a non-business day. The total cost for Saturday delivery, including the $29.99 regular 1-Day Shipping fee, is $79.99.

Military Addresses 


Shipping is available to U.S. military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require shipping to one of these types of addresses, Standard Shipping must be selected as FedEx service will not be available.

Please contact our Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 to ship your order to an APO, DPO or FPO address. 

International Customers


Unfortunately, Easy Breathe is not permitted to ship items internationally. The shipping address for all orders must be within the United States.  


Returns Policy


General Return Policy for CPAP Supplies: Nobody is perfect. We know that you sometimes order the wrong size mask or the filter for the wrong machine. Relax, we have one of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. Easybreathe.com accepts returns on any product within 30 days of the original ship date. Once we receive the return back, we will issue a 100% store credit in the form of a gift certificate for your original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).  

Please Note: While we have a generous exchange policy, we do not offer refunds. 

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE PARTIALLY OR ENTIRELY COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Due to the insurance claim process we are not able to facilitate returns, but in most cases we can facilitate a one time exchange.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us or call our Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 to obtain the return address and an RMA number for your product. An RMA number is required to ensure that your package is processed correctly once it has been received. 

SoClean 2 Guarantee: The SoClean is eligible for a 30 Day Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the SoClean 2 it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please contact us at 866-564-2252 to initiate a return, or go to our contact page to fill out a return form by clicking here.

Easy Breathe 30 Day Mask Guarantee: This Mask Guarantee will allow you to return one CPAP Mask System within 30 days for your money back. Mask purchases made without this guarantee will be subject to our normal Returns Policy. Please purchase the Mask Guarantee when your purchase your mask, so both items are on the same order. If you would like to try multiple masks and have the option to return multiple masks, please purchase multiple Mask Guarantee products. Click Here to view our Mask Guarantee. 


Please Note: You must purchase your mask and the Mask Guarantee at the same time. Guarantees cannot be purchased retroactively. Refunds will exclude the cost of the Mask Guarantee; if requested, a return label will be emailed to you. Offer not valid with insurance orders.

Defective Products: Within 30 days of the original ship date, Easybreathe.com will facilitate an exchange of any merchandise that we sell to you that has a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us if you believe a product you purchased from us is defective. We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate the exchange for a new product and will cover the shipping costs for standard (non-expedited) shipping. 

Return Policy for Breathing Machines: We offer a very generous return policy for select machines. This policy only applies to certain models and brands. Please click here to read our Easy Returns Program for more information.

If your specific machine is not covered under the Easy Returns Program as defined above, we may still be able to help. Returns for other types of breathing machines are performed on a case-by-case basis only. Please contact us or call our Customer Care team at 866-564-2252 for additional assistance.

Most sleep apnea machines carry a manufacturer's warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 866-564-2252 to verify if your machine is still under warranty. If so, we will obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number for you from the manufacturer. Warranty claim decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office; we do provide a return label to cover the cost of shipment.

Other Policy


All services provided, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products, are performed solely by easybreathe.com and independently of the manufacturer. All ResMed products are for sale only to patients within the United States and not to other third parties or businesses. Coupon codes do not apply to ResMed products.

Many of our products have two prices displayed: a "Retail Price" and an "Our Price".  Our Price is the price you'll pay when you check out online and pay with a credit card or PayPal.  "Retail Price" is the price that we will charge your insurance carrier.  This higher amount covers a host of additional expenses associated with billing and collecting from insurance carriers, including, but not limited to, claim submission, documentation gathering, collection efforts, appeals efforts and write-offs of uncollectable claims. "Retail Price" is the greater of the Medicare Allowable Amount (maximum amount Medicare will pay for a covered health product) or the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price.
