Easy to wear, see and sleep: this low-profile frame is stable, durable, small and ensures a clear line of sight. This is a one-frame-fits-all-seal-sizes and has an 'Easy-Clip' Frame attachment for effortless assembly after cleaning.

Stretch and non-stretch panels provide structure and support for optimal usability and performance.This breathable headgear self-locates high on the rear of the head allowing for maximum head movement without mask dislodgement.

Auto-adjusting to optimize an effective, comfortable seal. The one piece seal ‘rolls’ back and forth on the bridge of the nose. This automatic adjustment minimizes pressure on the bridge of the nose.

The RollFit Seal incorporates the Advanced Air Diffuser which is designed for minimal noise and draft.

I received this mask from my second sleep study and when the Res Med hurt my head (straps) I tried this one again and voila! No more head pain and the mask worked well. I've had it for about a month now and am due to change it and I've noticed lately that during the night the seal sometimes opens and I get CPAP "farts!" I plan to change it in a few days. I have used several different masks over the years. This is the worst I have ever used. I was told the straps had snaps on them (not magnets) so I bought it. There are no snaps. The headgear is all velcro so it's difficult to put on and take off. I agree with the reviewer that said the nose bridge hurts if too tight and leaks if not tight enough. I do not recommend this mask. I was surprised at the high reviews. MD, 11/07/2019

Have tried six other masks and this is the best. Very few leaks for my high pressure setting and very comfortable. Mask seal is like a double seal and I don't feel like I have to over tighten to get best seal. Due to my high pressure and other mask issues, my doctor recommended this one and it's by fare the best. The only problem I have with this mask is when the humidity gets to be too much - it whistles! The water accumulates in the air holes and wakes me up every time. I have to constantly wake up & wide the front. If I reduce the humidity level, I get dry throat. I finally took a sharp object and roughed up the holes, and sealed 30% of them with glue in order to prevent the whistle. If they had a better venting system & a better padded headgear - It would be perfect. troy, 06/10/2017

Easybreathe recommended this mask to me because I have a beard; this was the only mask their mask-finder website feature recommended. Keep in mind my beard is only 1/4" length, nothing extravagant. This mask is not good for men with beards. It leaks around the chin and nose bridge sides. The only way to stop the leaks is to tighten the straps so it's squeezing up against your face. Well if you do that you wake up with red marks on your face and a bruised nose. There is no comfort adjustment for the bridge of your nose. The first night I wore this mask it wasn't very tight. I still woke up with a massive acne outbreak on my nose bridge, most I've ever seen and I'm 38 yrs old. Ended up having a skin cut and severe bruise on my nose bridge for a straight week; this doesn't look good around the office. It didn't go away until a few days after I stopped using this mask. This was all with a Large mask size, so I went ahead and bought the Medium mask replacement face part to try a different size in case the one I had was slightly too big. The problem persists, yet this time I once woke up with the chin part holding my mouth open and the full face mask was essentially trying to be a nose mask. My entire experience with this Simplus full face mask was a disaster. EasyBreathe kept trying to sell me add-ons like the Gecko nose bridge silicone and some other gel supports for my cheeks. What a joke. I have moved on from this mask. I suggest you look elsewhere too. Andrew, 08/23/2016

This is the fifth mask I have tried over the past 3 and a half years. It is the first one that solved two issues I had with other masks. The first is it remains with a good seal even though I sleep on my side. The second is the roll fit design finally solved the problem I have across the bridge of my nose. It seals across the bridge of the nose without lines, indents, and bruises on the nose. It appears I finally found a mask I can stay with. Dave Martyn, 05/05/2015

This mask is awesome. I finally have found a full face mask that allows me to sleep on my side with hardly any leaks at all. My machine data reports minimal leaks, maybe one or two out of a seven day period and they are minimal at that. very comfortable as the hose connection swivels in more directions than other masks. you wont be disappointed with this mask.
