I don’t have my mask yet. And I feel “duped” by you into buying the wrong mask for my cpap. Then, when I call to return the wrong mask, I am told only store credit is available…after I jump thru a bunch of hoops for you. In trying to purchase supplies for conventional or air mini cpaps, why wouldn’t verbiage be present in your extensive advertising guiding customers to correct supplies?
I won’t know for at least another day if you people are any better at getting the correct products to me or not. I am seriously thinking of going with Amazon in the future to avoid the BS it seems I go thru with you every other time I try to buy products from you. At least with them, I can return products for refund.
