Product Features

  • Prevents Rainout

Prevents Rainout

If you live in an especially cold or dry climate, you may need to increase the humidity to make CPAP therapy more comfortable. When using a standard non-heated tube, the air cools down as it travels from the CPAP Machine to the Mask. When the air cools this causes the humidity to condense into water droplets. The Climate Line Air Heated Tube prevents this from occurring, making therapy more comfortable.

Compatible with all AirSense and AirCurve Machines

This tube can be used with the AirSense 10 AutoSet and the AirCurve 10 Machines

great accessory for the Air Sense 10 CPAP! I bought this extra to have a backup and to change out with my other from time to time! James J., 04/11/2019

The seal on the end of the hose that connects to the AirSense 10 is poorly designed and fails soon after purchase. Rodger, 01/16/2021

Great tubing and prevents condensation. It is a little stiffer than regular tubing but since my mask connects at the top of my head instead of under my nose it is fine. The only complaint I have is that the end piece with the 90 degree bend that attaches to the CPAP prevents me from running my cleaning brush down both ends of the tube so I can't scrub the whole length of the tube. It would be nice if the end cap opened to allow for easier cleaning. Ann, 12/10/2020

I have used this tube for many years now with complete comfort. However, I do use a very flexible 18" tube between it and the mask, so that the stiffer heated tube doesn't restrict my movements. I drape the tubing over my headboard and wear a mask that connects at the top of my head, instead of trailing from my nose (Dreamwear mask), so that I can toss around and roll over without any restriction. In the morning, the mask goes in my SoClean machine, so the system is ready for the next night. Tog, 02/10/2019

I have only used my ClimateLineAIr tubing for the first night but have a few observations to make. When the air first came on during the night, it was warmer than I was previously used to; it made me feel like I wasn't getting enough air. But I endured and finally slept well with the flow. I'm thinking I will likely have this reaction several times before I'm used to it, but that just gives me a chance to practice relaxing and accepting instead of my frequent "can't breathe" panic. The tubing did pull a bit on my nasal mask, but as a side-sleeper, I just angled it to point above my head and wrap under a pillow corner to anchor it with no further problem. This tube doesn't seem as kinked into bends as my previous tubes were right out of the package; they never got straightened out and were a pain to deal with. I use a SoClean 10 machine to sanitize my equipment and am so pleased this tubing works with the machine. I think I will be very happy with this new-to-me (after 6 years) tubing and expect to continue with it into the future. JAN BENNETT-COLLIER, 10/04/2017

I am a small woman, and this tubing is way too long and heavy. It pulls my mask pillows out of position and slides off the bed. I have tried anchoring the tubing in many ways with no satisfactory results. Have had to go back to regular light tubing to get a nights sleep. Bonnie Smith, 09/15/2017

Sometimes this heated tubing feels warm to the touch. Some times it feels cool when set on "Auto," so I'm not sure just how it works, but it does NOT allow condensation inside the tube. For me, it's been $40 very well spent. I'll never go back to the standard tubing. Ron Miller, 12/20/2016
